Shape the Future of Finance Technology at Euromonitor

Euromonitor International is a global leader in market research, data analytics and consumer insights, helping organisations make smarter strategic decisions across more than 100 countries.

We're looking for a Finance Product Manager to own and evolve the finance technology landscape that supports our global Finance teams. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence the direction of finance systems, drive transformation initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders to improve the way Finance operates across the business.

If you're passionate about Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, finance process improvement, automation and delivering real business value through technology, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the finance systems roadmap and act as the bridge between Finance, Technology and external partners, ensuring our solutions continue to support a growing global business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and managing the Finance systems roadmap aligned to business priorities.
  • Driving improvements across finance processes, controls, reporting and data quality.
  • Leading the delivery of finance technology initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
  • Acting as the product owner for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and associated finance applications.
  • Ensuring finance systems remain stable, supported and fit for purpose.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, AI adoption and operational efficiencies.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors and technology partners.
  • Working closely with Finance leadership to prioritise change and investment decisions.
  • Supporting adoption through user engagement, training and change management activities.
  • Ensuring systems remain compliant with governance, security and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

We're interested in speaking with candidates who bring a blend of finance systems expertise, product ownership and stakeholder management experience.

You will likely have:

  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Experience owning, managing or enhancing finance technology products or platforms
  • A solid understanding of core finance processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash
  • Experience delivering finance transformation, systems implementation or process improvement initiatives
  • The ability to engage confidently with senior Finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into solutions
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, implementation partners or managed service providers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI-enabled finance solutions, automation or intelligent workflows
  • Experience working within a global or multinational organisation
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices

Benefits

Why Euromonitor?

  • Play a central role in shaping the future of Finance technology
  • Work closely with senior leaders across Finance and Technology
  • Drive meaningful transformation initiatives with global impact
  • Join a collaborative, international organisation with opportunities to influence change at scale
  • Hybrid working model based in London
