In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To * Undertake all aspects of contract evaluation and governance including KPIs. * Monitor sub‑contractor contract compliance with KPIs and take appropriate actions in collaboration with line management and stakeholders. * Draft standard contract documents such as non‑disclosure agreements, change control documents, framework schedules, etc., and implement action plans to manage risks. * Provide excellent customer experience, demonstrating knowledge, pride, and commitment to loyalty. * Manage performance and financial statistics for both Beckman Coulter and sub‑contractors, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and pursue continual improvements in performance. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include * Knowledge of Managed Services with account management experience, delivering and monitoring contract performance/compliance. * Excellent customer service, business management techniques, and negotiation skills. * Experience working in a team on complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders with varying agendas. * Outstanding planning and organisational skills with proven success in strategic plan creation and contract performance. * Understanding of public procurement and supplier management in a laboratory setting. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements * Ability to travel – the role requires 70% travel, including days dedicated to customer sites; some wider travel with overnight stays may be required. * Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in * Tender proposal management. * Procurement and supply chain processes.
