Leading VC Firm | London | Hybrid Working (4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH)
£48,000 – £55,000 + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to join a leading VC firm with an exceptional culture, collaborative environment, and strong reputation within the tech and startup space.
Supporting a team of three executives, this is a varied and fast-paced role where you will become a key part of a warm, high-performing team. Alongside classic TA/EA support, the role will also include some reception cover so would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, personable, and involved in the wider office environment.
The Role
• Complex diary and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
• Organising international travel, expenses, and itineraries
• Supporting with meetings, scheduling, presentations, and team coordination
• Acting as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and guests
• Supporting reception and helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day
• Assisting with events, onboarding, and wider operational support
• Working closely with a collaborative support team in a fast-moving environment
About You
• Previous Team Assistant, EA or coordination experience within a fast-paced environment
• Polished, engaging, proactive, and highly organised
• Strong communication skills and a professional, warm approach
• Happy to be hands-on and involved in both support and front-of-house duties
• Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable
