Location: Manchester

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Working Hours: 20–40 hours per week

Salary: Up to £42,000 per year / £15.00 – £25.00 per hour (depending on experience and working hours)

About Us

Enam The Degree Man Limited is a growing education consultancy and student recruitment company helping UK students enrol onto university degree courses, with or without previous qualifications, through various progression routes and educational opportunities across the UK.

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive / Student Recruiter to help grow our student recruitment network, increase brand awareness, and generate quality student leads across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the company’s education and recruitment services
  • Find and recruit prospective students for UK universities and colleges
  • Support UK students with enrolment onto degree courses
  • Generate student and business leads through online and offline marketing
  • Carry out leaflet distribution and promotional activities in different cities across the UK
  • Attend education fairs, events, meetings, and marketing activities as required by the company
  • Manage and grow company social media platforms
  • Create engaging marketing content, videos, and advertisements
  • Run Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google advertising campaigns
  • Communicate with prospective students and provide guidance regarding admissions
  • Build relationships with students and education partners
  • Assist students throughout the admission and enrolment process
  • Monitor marketing performance and analytics
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or student recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Canva preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience within education, recruitment, or sales industry preferred
  • Full UK work rights
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Must be flexible and willing to travel and work according to company requirements where necessary
  • Degree qualification preferred but not essential
