Key Responsibilities:
\n\n
Candidate resourcing
\n· To resource suitable candidates to support the fulfilment needs of both the permanent and temporaries teams, through the management of an appropriate candidate strategy in line with our talent sourcing hierarchy
\n· Search and identify suitable candidates using Boolean searching and filtering tools within our global candidate pool in Jobscience
\n· Carry out appropriate pre-screening and testing to ensure only the highest calibre of candidates are submitted
\n· Provide an excellent level of service by embracing Blue Arrows promise based culture
\n· Assist candidates with the application process, briefing them on the interview/assessment process and giving them a thorough overview of the role and client
\n· Ensure that candidates understand how to access and self-serve via the Blue Arrow candidate portal and MyBlueArrow app
\n· Maintain candidate contact from initial call through to placement to minimise drop outs
\n· Ensure all candidates placed meet the company's minimum standards and contractual obligations
\n· Proactively work to fill all outstanding vacancies and shifts, utilising the AMS and scheduler within Jobscience to ensure accurate fulfilment
\n· Ensure that your actions continually work towards achieving high road recruitment practices that are aligned to enhancing the lives of everyone that touches Blue Arrow
\n· Ensure that you bring our beautiful basics to life each and every day without fail
\n\nAdministration
\n· Ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner through effective task and dashboard management on Jobscience
\n· Ensure adherence to Company and clients compliance standards
\n· Be aware of all resourcing strategies and aims and provide efficient administration support, using all resources under your control
\n· Send assessment confirmations and subsequent offer details via email
\n· Run reports on Jobscience to gain business insight and use the intelligence to improve resourcing activities
\n· Take internal and external messages, dealing with issues directly where possible or transferring to the relevant team member
\n· Review and engage with Workplace regularly, ensuring you remain informed of all the latest company announcements and updates in a timely manner
\n· Communicate all Jobscience updates to clients and candidates as appropriate
\n· Support Jobscience champions and management to drive adoption initiatives and improve efficiency and productivity of Jobscience use
\n\nPerson Specification:
\n· Demonstrate level 1 Blue Arrow competencies
\n· Positive, enthusiastic and outgoing individual
\n· Excellent communication skills
\n· High standard of English and Mathematical skills
\n· Able to prioritise, be flexible, problem solve and be organised within a pressurised environment
\n· Self-confident and able to work within agreed standards and procedures
\n· Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
