3. Commercial Enablement & Growth

  • Act as a key enabler to Sales and Sales Specialists, strengthening solution positioning, value articulation, and pipeline quality.

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to improve pipeline conversion, deal quality, and strategic account growth.

  • Provide executive-level support on priority opportunities, complex deals, and strategic clients.

  • Drive adoption of new and strategic solutions within the regional portfolio.

4. Leadership & Execution

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing regional team across product specialists, solution consultants, and the broader regional Fraud community

  • Execute the Solutions and PDLC operating model in-region, ensuring alignment with global standards and identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Drive disciplined execution, prioritization, and performance management across all regional activities.

  • Act as the senior regional representative for Fraud Solutions with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
