Need help cleaning my computer and optimizing performance

I'm looking for a local tech on short notice to clean up my computer and improve performance. The main goals are to remove unnecessary files, run a malware scan, uninstall unused programs, organize startup items, and ensure software updates are current. I prefer someone who explains changes clearly and can optimize settings for better speed without compromising security.
