We’re supporting a multi-site manufacturing group with the appointment of an experienced HR Manager. This is a senior, hands-on role with a significant focus on Employee Relations. You’ll work closely with the HR Director and partner directly with the Operations Director, supporting the wider operational leadership team and guiding managers through complex and sensitive ER matters. The environment is safety-critical, so the business needs someone calm, credible and confident in managing difficult situations with control and consistency.\n
