Job description
We are working with a well-established Hertfordshire based housing association to recruit a Business Planning Lead. The role is responsible for leading the long-term financial business plan and key regulatory returns, providing high-quality modelling, analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making, financial sustainability and compliance. Key duties: * Lead the development, maintenance and delivery of long-term financial business plans, forecasts and regulatory submissions. * Deliver robust financial modelling, stress testing and scenario analysis to support strategic and investment decision-making. * Monitor financial viability, liquidity and covenant compliance, providing clear insight, risk assessment and mitigation recommendations. * Produce high-quality Board and committee reporting, including financial analysis, trends, assumptions and strategic commentary. * Coordinate cross-functional input from finance, treasury and operational teams to ensure accurate, consistent and timely forecasting. * Support cashflow management, treasury reporting and wider financial planning activities, including budgeting and reforecasting.
