This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate food professional to support the delivery of high-quality catering services while leading and motivating a small team.As Chef Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared and presented to a high standard while maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.What You'll DoSupport the delivery of a high-quality food service for colleagues and customersSupervise and support kitchen team members during daily operationsAssist with menu planning and developmentEnsure food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all timesMonitor stock levels and support ordering processesAssist with financial controls and cost managementMaintain excellent customer service standardsSupport training and development of team membersWhat You BringProfessional cooking qualification (essential)Food Hygiene qualification (essential)Previous chef management or supervisory experience preferredStrong team leadership and communication skillsFinancial awareness and understanding of kitchen cost controlsBasic computing skillsExperience of menu developmentAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and customer-focused approachWhat We OfferWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
