The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail focused Business Support Manager to strengthen operational effectiveness across our Cambridge site.
You will act as the central point of coordination for the onsite management team, ensuring flawless operational support, excellent communication flow, and consistent delivery of business administration.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Support Manager to join our Cambridge team - someone with high energy, strong organizational skills, and a passion for supporting leaders and driving operational excellence.

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + benefits

What you’ll do

• Be the central coordination point for our leadership team.
• Lead meeting management, communications, documentation and daily operations.
• Deliver outstanding onboarding experiences and support our people processes.
• Improve systems, workflows and tools to enhance productivity.
• Support cross‑functional projects with structure, clarity and follow‑through.
• Represent the team with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
