We have an exciting opportunity for a dual site Practice Manager to join the team and manage our Maidstone and Gravesend Dental Clinics on a 1 year maternity contract from July.

You will be managing a team of 34 across these 4 and 5 surgery practices offering both NHS and private dentistry, including general dentistry, hygiene, implants, clear aligners, and periodontal care.

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 - 17:30

About You

Experience in the dental sector is essential for this role, along with a proven track record in people management. The successful candidate will be patient-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering excellence at every stage of the patient journey.

The main duties will include:

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
• Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice
