We're looking for a full-time Care Assistant,Full Time to join our team at Faiths Care Ltd. in Colchester including alternate weekends.

In this fulfilling role as a Care Assistant,Full Time, you'll be providing essential care and companionship to clients, helping them live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Your efforts will directly improve the well-being and quality of life of the people you care for and well support you every step of the way.

• Dictating any issues back to the management team.
• Transportation assistance: driving clients to appointments, sourcing modes of transport and shopping assistance,
• Clear communication: regularly updating families and care teams on clients' needs and preferences to ensure the best possible care.

What We're Looking For in a Care Assistant,Full Time:

Previous experience as a care assistant or a similar field is a bonus, but not essential as we'll provide all the training you need!

Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families and to communicate effectively to the office team with any changes in need to ensure person-centred care at all times

A caring and patient nature, you should be passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives.

A valid drivers license is essential, as you'll be transporting clients to and from appointments.

Basic IT skills we use simple tools for documentation and communication, so comfort with technology is helpful.

• £13.25/hour (Mon-Fri)
• £13.50/hour (Weekends)
• £13.75/hour (Bank Holidays)
• £19.50/hour (Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day)
• 45p per mile for mileage
• £12.71/hour (Travel Pay between Care Calls)
