We are looking for a specialist who can deliver the BTEC Business curriculum with flair, making the world of commerce and entrepreneurship come alive for our students. About the Role This role focuses on delivering high-quality BTEC Business qualifications at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 . You will be responsible for: Vocational Leadership: Delivering BTEC Level 2 Tech Awards and Level 3 Nationals, ensuring students develop practical business skills. Portfolio Excellence: Guiding students through rigorous coursework and internal assessments, ensuring all work meets the high standards required for "Outstanding" outcomes. Innovative Instruction: Using real-world case studies—from global tech giants to local start-ups—to engage students in the mechanics of finance, marketing, and management. You will join a faculty that understands how to teach boys effectively, utilizing competitive, project-based, and active learning strategies.
