Property Preparation Cleaner

We are looking for experienced cleaners who can prepare residential properties to a high standard before they are occupied by new tenants or residents.

The right person will be thorough, organised and able to work independently while maintaining excellent cleaning standards throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will include:

• Preparing residential properties through detailed end-of-tenancy cleaning

• Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas

• Cleaning cupboards, appliances and fitted units inside and out where required

• Wiping and sanitising windows, doors, frames and blinds

• Completing final checks to ensure properties are clean and ready for their next occupants

What You Can Expect

• Flexible part-time cleaning assignments

• Local work available according to demand

• Most jobs are between 4 and 8 hours

• Weekday assignments available Monday to Friday

• Regular weekend work also available

• Instructions and job requirements provided before each booking

This is a part-time opportunity, with work offered as cleaning assignments become available.

Pay & Job-Related Costs

• £15 per hour

• £18 per completed job for using your own cleaning equipment and products

• Travel time paid where applicable

• Client parking expenses covered, unless street parking is the only available option

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience carrying out end-of-tenancy cleans

• Able to take responsibility for your work and operate without supervision

• Strong eye for detail

• High standards of cleanliness

• Own cleaning equipment and products

• Own reliable vehicle — public transport is not suitable

• Good communication skills

• Reliable, honest and punctual
