As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team. This is a role for someone who has mastered the fundamentals and is ready to take ownership of features, tackle complex user flows, and evolve alongside a world-class product. What You Will Be Doing Collaborate with product managers and engineers to take features from initial sketches to polished, high-fidelity handoffs. Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive user experiences that simplify the complexities of verification. Deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. You’ll refine these artifacts through iterative feedback during agile sprints. Use qualitative feedback and data to understand user pain points, ensuring our customers’ voices are heard during every design phase. Work daily with our established design system, contributing to its growth and ensuring consistency across our web and mobile platforms. About You 3+ years as a Product or UI/UX Designer, ideally within SaaS or fast-growing startups. (Experience in Fintech or Regtech is a major plus!) A strong showcase of shipped work that demonstrates your ability to solve real-world problems through clean interaction design. Strong English skills (written and spoken). You are comfortable explaining the "why" behind your design decisions to stakeholders. Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of how designs translate to code. You should be comfortable working with (and improving) design systems. You have a meticulous eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn from a senior team.
