Key Responsibilities: Front-of-House: Welcoming all visitors, ensuring they are signed in according to safeguarding protocols, and issuing visitor passes. Communication: Managing a busy switchboard, directing calls efficiently, and handling the school’s general email correspondence. Pupil Services: Assisting students with general enquiries, managing late arrivals, and coordinating with the medical room when necessary. Administrative Support: Assisting with school mailings, data entry on the student database, and preparing materials for school events. Safeguarding: Maintaining a secure reception area and ensuring all visitors adhere to the school’s entry and exit procedures.
