At TROO Hospitality, we cherish and uphold our core values of Loyalty, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence, and we eagerly seek individuals who exemplify these values in all aspects of their work. *Role Responsibilities : * * Ensure that all cutlery, crockery, pots and equipment are cleaned to the standard required. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. * Ensure that all equipment, cutlery, crockery, pots and glassware is stored safely and allocated to the correct areas ensuring that any breakages are reported. * Keep all areas of the kitchen and related areas clean and tidy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ensure cleaning procedures are followed for the cleaning of equipment with the correct chemicals and follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules. * To ensure any faults or damage to equipment are reported to a senior chef. * Assist with food deliveries and ensure that food items are stored correctly as per the instruction of the head chef or senior chef. * Excellent time management and organisational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Implement action on Hygiene Audits in order to enhance the environment and achieve positive consistent results.
