Property Handover Cleaner

We have opportunities for experienced residential cleaners who can get properties into excellent condition before they are handed over to their next occupants.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for making sure residential properties are properly cleaned and presented for handover. This includes:

• Carrying out detailed property handover and end-of-tenancy cleans

• Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces

• Cleaning the inside of cupboards, appliances and fitted units

• Wiping and sanitising doors, windows, frames and blinds

• Checking that the property has been cleaned thoroughly and is ready for the next occupants

Available Work

• Flexible, part-time assignments

• Local jobs offered as they become available

• Most cleaning assignments last between 4 and 8 hours

• Monday–Friday work available

• Regular weekend opportunities

• Full details and cleaning instructions provided before each booking

Please be aware that this is part-time work and assignments are offered based on available jobs.

Rates & Additional Payments

• £15 per hour

• £18 per completed job when you provide and use your own cleaning equipment and products

• Travel time paid where applicable

• Client parking costs covered, except where street parking is the only available option

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

• At least 2 years’ experience in end-of-tenancy cleaning

• The ability to work independently without supervision

• A consistently high standard of cleaning

• Excellent attention to detail

• Your own cleaning equipment and products

• Your own reliable vehicle — public transport cannot be used for these assignments

• Good communication skills

• Reliability, honesty and punctuality
