Position: Corporate Development / Strategic Finance Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $100–$135/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build long-horizon transaction and strategy tasks for corporate finance evaluations. Develop deterministic rubrics for grading agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Create scenarios for M&A analysis with defined metrics and valuation ranges. Construct diligence tasks with synergy build-ups and CIM extractions. Design capital allocation scenarios with specified IRRs , NPVs , and payback outputs. Work independently on challenging tasks requiring long sessions of focus.
