Support Worker Waking Nights

They are inviting compassionate, committed individuals to join their team of Support Workers in their Supported Living settings. This is a rewarding and meaningful role, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge helping them lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.
You’ll play a vital part in helping the people they support to live with independence and purpose. This includes assisting with everyday routines, building confidence, and creating opportunities for personal growth and enjoyment.
Location: Mansfield
Job Type: Full-Time (36 hours per week)
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Shifts: Waking Nights, includes weekend and bank holiday working.
