Working in our busy school facilities across Edinburgh, you will be responsible for running the shift, delivering great customer service, and looking after our staff and customers. Background in leisure operations is not essential, and we welcome applications from candidates with experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer service environments. You will need to be a strong swimmer and capable of achieving a lifeguard pool qualification. Training will be provided if you do not already hold the qualification. Working 2 weekends out of 5). What You’ll Do: * Lead, train, and develop your team, setting a positive example and supporting safe, efficient, and professional performance that delivers excellent customer service. * Oversee the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the venue, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers. * Engage with customers and resolve enquiries and complaints calmly and professionally to achieve high levels of member satisfaction. * Ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements, risk assessments, and security regulations across all services and activities.
