We're looking for a full-time Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team at Faiths Care Ltd. in Colchester.
In this fulfilling role as a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you'll be providing essential care and companionship to clients, helping them live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Your efforts will directly improve the well-being and quality of life of the people you care for and well support you every step of the way.
What We're Looking For in a Domiciliary Care Assistant:
Previous experience as a domiciliary care assistant or a similar field is a bonus, but not essential as we'll provide all the training you need!
Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients and their families and to communicate effectively to the office team with any changes in need to ensure person-centred care at all times
A caring and patient nature, you should be passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives.
A valid drivers license is essential, as you'll be transporting clients to and from appointments.
Basic IT skills we use simple tools for documentation and communication, so comfort with technology is helpful.
