About The Role Your focus as a Recruitment Administrator will be to support the Recruitment function and work as part of a team to provide administrative assistance with preparation and publication of job advertisements and the maintenance our ATS system whilst maintaining a professional standard and high attention to detail. Other Responsibilities Will Include * Effectively using our ATS to create, edit and close all roles we have available including the housekeeping of the system to ensure fluidity and consistency across the group * Support and respond to all queries from the wider business through various different functions in a timely manner * Liaising with the wider People team and providing support in compliance where needed * Liaising with hiring managers/home administrators to align on staffing requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience About You To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is not required as we are proud to offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure confidence within your role. Our Ideal Candidate Must * Have previous experience in an administrative role * Be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills * An understanding of the recruitment process and safe recruitment practices * Have an enthusiastic, polite and professional manner in all communications About Avery As one of the largest providers of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, we believe that the later years of our resident’s lives should be as enriching as any other.
