Required Experience:
Excellent customer service skills.
Previous Contact Centre experience preferred.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great service.
Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Make outbound calls to customers to arrange and set up payment details for new accounts.
Provide information and guidance on products and services.
Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet customer needs.
Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and support overall business goals.
Complaint handling.
DBS check required for this role.
