Pennygate Development Ltd are looking for an experienced Site Carpenter / Joiner to join our growing residential construction team on a full-time PAYE basis.
We are a Leeds-based company working across West Yorkshire on residential development and refurbishment projects. We are looking for a reliable, skilled carpenter who can work to a high standard and operate confidently on site with minimal supervision.
The Role
* Full-time PAYE position
* Immediate start available
* Company van provided
* Fuel card included
* Overtime available
* Monday to Friday
* Working hours: 8am – 4pm
Pay
* £19 – £21 per hour depending on experience
* Weekly pay

Main Duties
* First fix carpentry
* Second fix carpentry
* Stud walls
* Fire doors
* General residential site carpentry
* Roofing work
* Fit-out and finishing work
Requirements
* Proven experience as a site carpenter/joiner
* NVQ in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred)
* Valid CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence
* Good work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Own tools required
