Slazenger Padel Club is a sports facility dedicated to providing high-quality padel coaching and excellent experience for players of all levels. We are passionate about growing the sport of padel and are looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced padel coach to join our team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Padel Coach to deliver top-notch coaching of players of varying abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game, excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate players. You will be responsible for planning and conducting trainning sessions, developing player skill and fostering a posstiive and inclusive environment.
Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored toplayers'needs.
Assess players skill and provide constructive feedback.
Designtrainingprograms to improveplayers'technical,tactical,and physical skills.
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere duringtraining.
Participateinclub events,tournaments,and promotionalactivities.
Assistwiththe developmentof junior players.
Maintain up-to-dateknowledgeof the latest coaching techniques andtrendsin padel.
Ensurethe safety andwellbeingof all players during the sessions.
Collaborate with othercoachesand staff to ensure a high standard of service.
Proven experience as a padel Coach, with relevantcoachingqualifications.
Strong knowledge of padel techniques,tactics,and rules.
Ability tocommunicate effectivelywith players of all ages and skills.
Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
