I'm looking for a friendly tech person to clean up my computer and improve its performance. The device runs slow, has a few unnecessary programs, and I’d like a clean startup, temporary file cleanup, disk cleanup, and a general system tune-up. Please also check for malware, update essential software, and advise on long-term maintenance. I’m using Windows 10/11 and would prefer a step-by-step explanation of the changes. Access to the machine will be via remote support or in-person if possible. If you can optimize storage and set up a simple backup routine, that would be great.
