We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care for young people 8–17 EBD .
✅ Level 3 Children & Young People qualification essential
✅ Residential childcare experience required
✅ Leadership/senior experience preferred
✅ Clear progression opportunities available
You’ll play a key role in safeguarding, leading shifts, supporting staff, and helping young people achieve positive outcomes in a safe and nurturing environment.
