We are seeking an electrically biased Engineer to deliver teaching and support to a small cohort of second‑year students studying the BTEC Diploma in Engineering. The role will also include involvement in the delivery of T Level Engineering programmes, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of future engineering talent. In this role, you will plan, deliver, and assess engaging teaching and learning activities, ensuring that students not only meet their academic goals but also thrive and progress toward their future careers. You will be focused on creating an excellent student experience, from fostering a supportive learning environment to ensuring positive student outcomes and successful destinations after their studies. * Candidates will need an appropriate degree and a teaching qualification is desirable, however, we will consider candidates without teaching qualifications who are willing to work toward obtaining one. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. * Prior experience of working within the Engineering sector. * Candidates should be proactive and have a continuous improvement mindset as you work to ensure all students receive the best possible support and guidance throughout their learning journey. * Comprehensive knowledge of BTEC and T Level specifications and requirements. * A knowledge of employer contracts for industry placement opportunities would be advantageous.
