Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption roadmaps
- Partnering with Programme Managers, business leads, and People & Culture to embed change into delivery
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions to maximise adoption and minimise resistance
- Designing and championing Macmillan’s Change Framework, embedding best practice methodologies across the organisation
- Monitoring and reporting on change adoption, escalating risks and recommending corrective actions
- Driving continuous improvement in change management capability and practice
Who we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced change professional with the credibility and expertise to operate at a senior level—combining strategic thinking with practical delivery.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Deep expertise in organisational change management, with experience in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of recognised frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Agile change)
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and engagement skills, including managing resistance
- A collaborative approach, with experience working across multi-disciplinary teams
- A track record of delivering cultural and behavioural change within transformation programmes
Who you’ll work with
You’ll work at the heart of transformation, collaborating with:
- Head of Strategy Integration
- Programme and Project Managers
- People & Culture team
- Communications and Engagement team
- Senior stakeholders across the organisation
What success looks like
In this role, you’ll:
- Embed effective, scalable change strategies across programmes
- Ensure organisational readiness is proactively assessed and addressed
- Build strong stakeholder engagement and support for transformation initiatives
- Strengthen internal capability in change management
- Deliver measurable improvements in adoption and benefits realisation
