Nursery Practitioner – Banbury £153-£189 per day | 8:00am – 6:00pm | Flexible local placements Join the Monarch Education family and make a difference in early years! Monarch Education is working closely with welcoming, supportive nurseries across Banbury, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join our team. If you’re caring, creative and love bringing out the best in little learners, we’d love to hear from you. What’s on offer? * Great daily rates: £153 – £189 per day (paid weekly) * Consistent hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm * Work locally: Roles available in Banbury nurseries * Flexible placements: Long‑term and short‑term options * Supportive agency: A dedicated consultant (Holly!) who genuinely cares about your experience * Holiday pay, pension & ongoing support * Opportunities to progress into permanent nursery roles Your role as a Nursery Practitioner You’ll be supporting children aged 0-5, helping create a safe, inspiring environment where they can explore, develop and thrive. Responsibilities include: * Supporting play‑based learning * Assisting with routines, feeding and personal care * Working as part of a friendly early years team * Building positive relationships with children and families * Following safeguarding and EYFS guidelines We’d love to hear from you if you have: * Experience working with children in Early Years * A positive, nurturing approach * A relevant childcare qualification (or strong EY experience) * A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why choose Monarch Education?
