Overview Physiotherapist Circle Reading Hospital 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Circle Reading Hospital is part of Circle Health Group, Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Part time hours may be considered. Duties Of This Role Include * Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions (dependent on setting). * Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals. * Use a range of therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury or deterioration. * Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care. * Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate. * Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation). * Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.
