Our purpose is to provide high quality, community-based specialist home care and support. We aim to work together to achieve the goals of each of our varying clients, and to make a difference in their lives. What we are looking for As a Professional Carer, you'll be supporting individuals in their own homes and within the community. Your role will focus on promoting independence, dignity, and well being while delivering care that is tailored to each person's needs. Key Responsibilities: Providing care and support in the home and community Working in line with individual care plans and risk assessments Delivering care in a person-centred manner Requirements: UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Previous experience in a similar care role Must be local to the Bath and Bristol area What we offer: £12.90 - £14.98 dependant on package and shift pattern You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions, eLearning courses & shadow shifts We offer the flexibility of a zero-hour contract.
