\n\n\nAbout the Role
\nWe are looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager to join our fast-paced ready meals operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a changing manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving performance, leading teams, and supporting operational transformation.
\n\nYou will take responsibility for 4 production lines, managing approximately 10-15 operatives per line alongside 4 Line Managers, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and health & safety standards are consistently achieved.
\n\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is comfortable managing change, supporting infrastructure developments, and playing a key role in new product introductions and site installations.
