We are excited to announce that Esland will be opening a new SEN school in Doncaster in September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, specialist provision supporting vulnerable young people aged 8 to 18 years who have SEND and SEMH needs.We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Assistant Psychologist to join our highly valued team. The successful candidate will be seeking a long term career within the school and will work therapeutically with our children, providing support and assessing their emotional, developmental and daily needs.   • A BPS accredited psychology degree (essential)
  • A minimum of 12 months post graduation experience
  • Training or a further qualification in Educational Psychology (desirable)
  • Training in trauma-informed practice (desirable)
  • Demonstrable experience of working in UK based SEND/SEMH education or similar care or health environment (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly making complex information meaningful
  • Motivation and passion regarding care for children who have experienced trauma
  • A full, UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and willingness to travel off site
