Senior Brand Designer (Maternity Cover) London We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer on a 12 month fixed-term contract to join our fantastic team in London Are you a Senior Designer interested in shaping brands for place and culture? This is an opportunity to create work that has real impact and is seen in cities around the world. At our Bermondsey-based studio, we believe in pushing boundaries and crafting work with purpose. About the role As a Senior Designer, you’ll lead projects that demand craft and creativity at the highest level. You’ll be involved in every step of the design process—developing compelling concepts, refining details, and ensuring each project meets the highest standards. You’ll collaborate across departments to align design with strategy, creating work that truly stands out. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and guiding the team, providing clear and thoughtful feedback that elevates everyone’s work. Your ability to think big, explore bold ideas, and push creative boundaries will be instrumental in shaping the studio’s output. Please note that the role is currently London-based in our studio (at least) 3 days per week. What you’ll do * Lead exciting brand identity projects, from concept to execution * Push creative ideas forward, ensuring every detail is crafted to perfection * Present to clients with confidence, communicating the power of design beyond visuals * Create compelling presentations, from persuasive pitch decks to detailed spec documents * Be a mentor and collaborator, helping grow the skills of your fellow designers * Bring energy, ambition, and a proactive mindset to the studio every day What we’re looking for * 5+ years of industry experience with a portfolio showcasing bold, impactful brand identity work * A strong grasp of motion design is advantageous, with skills in After Effects (Cinema 4D/Blender is a bonus) * Expertise in Adobe CC and Figma * A keen eye for storytelling, with the ability to structure presentations that captivate and persuade * Excellent communication skills—you can articulate ideas clearly, give and receive feedback constructively, and thrive in client-facing discussions. * A commitment to meeting deadlines, delivering excellence, and continuously pushing creative boundaries What we offer * A competitive salary based on experience * Excellent career progression * 2 optional work-from-home days per week * 10 work-from-anywhere days per year, allowing you to combine travel with remote working * Opportunities to work on a diverse range of client projects * Team lunches every Monday * Become part of a 100% employee-owned company * A warm and positive team * Professional training initiatives How to apply Please send a link to your portfolio or a pdf of your work (<10MB) and CV to jobs@dnco.com — unfortunately, we will only be able to respond to shortlisted applicants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
