Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team focusing on Higher Education clients across the UK with a particular emphasis on construction capital projects refurbishment fit-out infrastructure and estate development programmes.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in construction project management who is confident delivering projects from early planning and procurement through to site delivery handover and close out. Experience administering construction contracts andworking in complex stakeholder environments ideally within the Higher Education sector is essential.
The role involves managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a focus on service delivery client relationship management account leadership and bid support. The successful candidate will be confident in direct client engagement commercially aware and capable of managing time cost quality and risk to meet deadlines and maintain profitability.
