Case Administrator (Temporary, Full-Time) - Warrington
Our client, a reputable organisation committed to positive outcomes and community safety, is hiring for a dedicated Case Administrator to join their team in Warrington. This is a full-time, temporary role until 01/12/2026, with the possibility of extension, offering a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.
What you'll be doing:
* Setting up and maintaining accurate offender and victim records on approved databases.
* Managing referrals and fostering effective relationships between offender management, victims, service providers, and external agencies to support positive outcomes and reduce reoffending.
* Preparing, maintaining, and collating case files and management information in line with standards.
* Handling information and communications via telephone, email, and paper.
* Providing cover for reception and telephone enquiry services.
* Acting as a single point of contact within the team for specialist areas.
* Dealing fairly and effectively with service users, including those in distress or displaying challenging behaviour, seeking support when needed.
* Making practical arrangements such as appointments and directions for Sentence Plan implementation.
* Performing other administrative duties as required.

* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
* Resilience and tact when dealing with diverse service users.
Additional information:
* Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive background checks, including DBS, employment, education, and address verification over the past five years.
* HMPPS vetting is required, which can take approximately six weeks.
