South West based charitable housing association BCHA was founded over 50 years ago with a continuing mission to meet housing need and end homelessness. We aim to achieve this through the building and provision of affordable and secure homes, and by supporting individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. In this role, you will provide practical support and case management to individuals with multiple and complex needs, following The Plymouth Alliance (TPA) principles. Ideally, you’ll have experience working with people who are homeless or socially excluded and a good understanding of safeguarding. Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, empathy, and a trauma-informed approach to support those who need it most.
You’ll add real value as part of a small, professional team, helping customers prepare to move forward towards independence. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable people and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
