Responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness of the kitchens, crockery, cutlery and other cooking equipment, demonstrating a high level of commitment to health & safety and food hygiene standards. Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic in accordance with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Policies.

Da Costa has been named for and inspired by Artfarm co-founder Iwan Wirth's maternal grandfather, who originated from the small mountainous village of Rivamonte Agordino in the Veneto region of Northern Italy.
