At DFS, youre not just selling sofas - youre helping people feel at home. Whether its a bed, mattress or a comfy sofa, youll bring your passion for service and help customers feel right seen and heard.
We know life doesnt stop when your shift starts, from school runs, to study time or just needing balance. Thats why we offer flexible working patterns to help you make it all work. If the hours listed dont quite fit, apply anyway and lets chat.
This role puts your earning potential in your hands. With a great basic salary and uncapped commission on everything you sell: the more you sell, the more you earn. On top of that, we offer a monthly NPS bonus, based on how happy our customers are with your teams service.

Never worked in sales before? No problem - well give you all the training you need. If youve got the confidence to chat, the curiosity to learn, and the drive to do your best, well show you the ropes. Were after team players who bring personality, take pride in doing a great job, and get a buzz from helping customers feel right at home. If that sounds like you, wed love to meet you.
