About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Dispensing Optician to join us in delivering outstanding patient care across our practices in Wiltshire.
We can be flexible with location depending on where you are based, so if you are interested in joining our team, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Dispensing a wide range of lenses and frames to meet individual prescriptions and patient needs.
· Handling adjustments, repairs, and collections with care and attention to detail.
· Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
· Delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
· Leading by example – motivating and developing the team to reach their potential.
· Helping the practice grow by building strong patient relationships and meeting key targets.
What We’re Looking For:
· A GOC-registered Dispensing Optician
