About the Role What if your MBA — your hard-won expertise in finance, strategy, and operations — could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We’re looking for Business Administration experts to challenge, evaluate, and train cutting‑edge AI models on the most complex topics in corporate decision‑making. Job Details * Organization: Alignerr * Type: Hourly Contract * Location: Remote * Commitment: 10–40 hours/week This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous reasoning. What You’ll Do * Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior * Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Craft rigorous, step‑by‑step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive‑level rationales — that serve as the benchmark for AI training * Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional soundness * Identify and Fix Flawed Thinking — Catch errors in AI reasoning such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback Who You Are * Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution * Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management * Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations * Precise and detail-oriented when working with financial models, data interpretation, and business arguments * Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule * No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have * Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy * Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows * Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL Why Join Us * Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on genuinely challenging problems * Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you * High-agency contractor model: you control your schedule and workload * Apply your real-world expertise to work that shapes how AI thinks about business * Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch #J-18808-Ljbffr
