# Community Support Worker## Job IntroductionWe are seeking a **Community Support Worker** to join one of our community-based services in Brinnington, Stockport. Our service aims to provide extensive care, specialist positive behaviour support and promote independence and inclusion within the local community. We work to empower the individuals to take control of their own lives. The main focus is to provide the highest level of support to enable greater independence, choice and fulfilment for the individuals.**Working Pattern**– **32.5 hours** (full time). Hours range from - 9.00am through to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Some evening and weekend work is also required which is on a rota.**Salary – £22,732.67 per year,****plus enhanced pay of time and a quarter at weekends.****Full time equivalent salary for working 37.5 hours is****£26,230**(£13.45 per hour).**Location –**Berwick Day Service, Brinnington, Stockport a Together Trust Service.**Applicants with a full driving licence preferred.**The people we support have a variety of complex needs which may include learning difficulties, Autism spectrum conditions, including behaviours perceived as challenging, mobility, communication, health and social care needs.The Together Trust is one of the North West’s leading charities, offering individual care, support, and education to hundreds of children, young people, and adults each year.
