Job description
Allied Health Professional Return to Practice Allied Health Professional - Return to Practice. Are you a qualified Allied Health Professional looking to return to practice? Have you previously been on the HCPC register? Are you local to Somerset or looking to work within the South West? Wed like to hear from you! Once you apply, well be in touch ASAP to discuss your current situation and what youre looking for next. Please note - this vacancy is for professions recognised by the HCPC. Please note - this will be an unpaid Honorary Contract position. We can support you with a tailored supported programme to get you back onto the register asap. We will always try out best to accommodate your requirements in the hope that when you complete your return to practice hours, we would look to offer you a registered role within the Trust however this is dependent on the service needs/requirements at the time. Wed be delighted to hear from the following professionals: Occupational Therapists * ODPs * Speech and Language Therapists * Radiographers * Podiatrists * Orthoptists * Physiotherapists * Orthotists * Art Therapist Main duties of the job Our Return to Practice programme includes clinical practice, formal CPD, clinical supervision and support to complete application for HCPC re-registration. Please see below information regarding this course. * You will be employed on a 3-6/12 month honorary contract (to be discussed). * Contracted hours will be agreed on an individual basis according to service needs and re-registration requirements.
