About the Opportunity Parkside Veterinary Group is a well-established, multi-branch mixed practice serving Dundee, Tayside, Angus and Fife. Were searching for an inspiring Equine & Farm Clinical Director to guide and develop our equine and farm animal team. This is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership, supported by an experienced practice structure yet with the empowerment to shape the service in a way that reflects your vision. You will: * Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 Equine & Farm vets. * Drive business development and uphold service quality within the Equine and Farm department. * Foster a positive, forward-thinking culture where people can thrive. * Work closely with the three Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager for wider practice leadership. * Enjoy the autonomy to innovate, expand and enhance the services we provide.
