Appointment Setter – Brookson Group | Coventry, UK Brookson Group is seeking anAppointment Setter (Financial Services Assistant) to join its Coventry office. This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working, career growth opportunities, and a supportive environment. * Company: Brookson Group (part of People2.0) * Location: Coventry, CV5 (hybrid: 2 days in office, rest remote) * Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent * Schedule: Monday–Friday, with initial 2-week full-time office training * Benefits: Financial planning services, annual leave, company pension, discounted gym membership, wellbeing support, hybrid flexibility About Brookson Group Founded in 1995, Brookson has supported freelancers, contractors, and self-employed professionals for 30 years. Role Overview You will connect with existing clients, set appointments for Financial Advisors, and support customer enquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work towards KPIs. Key Responsibilities * Use marketing data from email, DM, and social campaigns * Make outbound calls to set appointments with existing customers * Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for customer enquiries * Maintain accurate CRM recordsCollaborate with marketing team and provide feedback on appointment themes Candidate Requirements * Strong communication skills with a friendly telephone manner * Ability to work towards KPIs and targets * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred * Previous sales experience (not essential, training provided) * Monthly commission potential for each appointment made * Hybrid working (2 days in office, rest remote) * 5% company pension contribution after 3 months * 23 days’ annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off * 2 “Press Pause” wellness days per year * Free financial advice (mortgages, savings) #J-18808-Ljbffr
