The Medinet Group is a leading independent healthcare provider delivering highquality clinical services across the UK and Ireland, comprising Acute Services (Medinet), Outpatient Specialist Services (HealthHarmonie), and Mental Health and Wellbeing Services (HH Minds).

With over 20 years' experience, partnerships with more than 100 NHS Trusts, and more than 2 million patients treated, we have built a strong reputation for clinical excellence and operational delivery.

Due to continued growth, we are recruiting Healthcare Assistants on a zerohours contract to support HealthHarmonie clinics across the Thames Valley region.

Supporting clinic administration, ensuring reports are completed accurately and outcomes recorded

Assisting with wider administrative tasks as required

Your role will be vital in ensuring clinics run smoothly and that patients receive a compassionate, efficient, and highquality experience.

This is a mobile role, and you will be required to travel to clinic locations throughout the Thames Valley, depending on service demand and operational requirements.

Services operate seven days a week, and work will be offered on a zerohours basis, with shifts typically between 07:00/07:30 and 17:30/18:00. Availability to work across weekdays and weekends is essential.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential

IT literate and confident using computer systems

A strong commitment to delivering highquality patient care

Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a mobile role

Training & Compliance

Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive twoweek training programme from day one, equipping them with all the skills and knowledge required for the Healthcare Assistant role.

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at the appropriate level and verification of righttowork documentation.

Flexible working via a zerohours contract

Ongoing training and development, including progression to NVQ Level 3

Career development opportunities within a growing organisation
