Job description
Location: Glasgow Confident, driven, and ready to prove yourself? This role is for you. Trainee Sales Executive Experience required: None Salary: £26,000 + uncapped commission You don’t need sales experience to succeed here – all you need is confidence, energy, and the willingness to get stuck in. What you’ll be doing day to day * Speaking to businesses over the phone using proven scripts and talk tracks * Learning how to confidently explain products and handle questions * Driving conversations forward and closing deals * Updating systems so progress and success are tracked * Working towards clear targets and being rewarded when you hit them This role is perfect if you * Are confident speaking to new people * Want to earn based on performance, not just time served * Are motivated by targets and progression * Don’t have experience yet but know you can do well What’s in it for you * £26,000 base salary plus commission * Structured training and ongoing coaching * Clear progression opportunities within your first year * A sociable, fast‑paced office environment * Performance‑based earnings – top performers earn strong monthly commission Why this role works – this is a place where confident people without experience come in, learn fast, and build real careers.
